Group fitness classes such as Bootcamp, Indoor Cycling and TRX for everyone from beginner to athlete.  I understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and it is my desire to present creative and engaging classes to make the journey more fun.

I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails.  Group fitness is a fantastic way for you to gain the support and accountability from others.  My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
